Returns: 

Hey babe! While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here.

• Exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached  still in clear garment bag with sku are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item as shown on the delivery date on tracking.

• If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though!

• We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care, damage from package opening or handling or incorrect sizing.

• Jewelry, scarves, bags, undergarments,body suits, lingerie, intimates, bathing suits, bralettes, beauty items, some home decor and all accessory items are final sale
• You may not return items that were purchased with a store credit given as a contest or giveaway prize on any of our social media sites.
• Returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit only

• All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, lingerie, jewelry, and beauty products are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
• Please note mystery items, items bought with a coupon code or sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable

•  Items that were purchased from a WAITLIST PRE-AUTHORIZED CART are not eligible for return.

• To initiate a return, please email shopboutiqueonthecreek@gmail.com. We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form

• Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form, We promise we send them quickly! We've got you! 

• Returns may take up to two weeks to process. Please keep tracking for your own records.
